Ultrapure water is water that has undergone a series of physical and chemical treatments to reduce impurities such as ions, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, and dissolved gases in the water to extremely low levels. This process has the advantages of large water preparation volume, stable effluent water quality, mature technology, stable operation, low operating difficulty, and low operating cost.
