Semiconductor photoresist photoinitiator is a chemical substance used in the semiconductor manufacturing process for photoresist layer exposure and pattern transfer in lithography processes. Photoresist is a photosensitive material that can form the desired pattern structure on the surface of semiconductors through exposure and development processes. Photoinitiator is a component in photoresist that plays a role in initiating chemical reactions during the exposure process.
