The working principle of semiconductor laser pumped solid-state laser (DPSSL) for laser marking is to use high-power semiconductor quantum well laser instead of gas lamp to pump solid-state crystal as a gain medium laser resonator, so that it can generate new wavelengths of laser light. The back-up frequency mixing interaction should produce lasers with wavelengths such as SHG and THG. Through design and establishment, the entire laser marking process, operating procedures and quality standards from re-inspection of incoming materials, assembly production, process inspection, final assembly and commissioning to finished product general inspection have been established.
